The real estate business has been my lifetime career. I started with this Company while I was a teenager and began learning the business from ground up.
In 2001 after attending Wyatt Institute of Real Estate, I earned my real estate license and joined the Donna Cantrell Team. My duties have grown over the years. I presently work with relocations, investors and as a buyer’s agent. My new duties are to include training, supervising Company agents and working as liaison between the owners and agents. My goal is to make our Company continue to be known for our excellent customer/client service. Our goals have never been the “number game” as so many other companies but always to treat every customer/client on a personal level, making lifetime friends from every transaction.
I have two daughters, Sabrina and Kylie. We live in the Easley suburbs with our dog, Dixie. I am an active member of the Forest Acres PTA and Dixie Softball of Easley. The girls and I attend Marathon Community Church in Powdersville.
I will look forward to meeting and working with you on your next purchase or sale.

Growing up in a real estate family has, of course, influenced my life. I attended Landmark Christian Academy where I graduated high school. I then went on to Tri-County Technical College where I majored in business management. One of my earliest jobs working with my parents at the office, just answering phones and attending to administrative duties. I learned a great deal from experience listening to agents talk to buyers and sellers wondering why this or that was not said. For some reason I always thought I could turn those calls into buyers or sellers. My time came when I was finally of age and became a licensed agent in 1996. Over the years, it has been a far better experience than I could have imagined. I love working with different people day in and day out.
I pride myself on attention to detail and providing my clients with the best possible service. I have made many friends over the years and I'm proud to say I can turn those calls into buyers and sellers now. This past year, I was the top selling residential agent for our Company. I continue to go to school to keep up in the latest news and laws to provide my clients with exceptional service. Currently I'm finishing up classes for my GRI designation. I am a member of (NAR) National Association of Realtors, (SCAR) South Carolina Association of Realtors, (GGAR) Greater Greenville Association of Realtors, (WUAR) Western Upstate Association of Realtors, and (NAHB) National Home Builders Association. I would love to have you as a client and a friend. Please call me anytime with any of your questions and let me help you make this a fun and stress free experience.

After graduating Clemson University and receiving a Bachelors degree in Business Management, I spent four years in Package Sales. During this period, I learned the importance of "listening to the customer, finding out what his or her needs are, and matching the needs with the perfect product. Using this very same concept, I am helping many people find their perfect house!
As a recent first time home buyer, I can recall the excitement and frustrations of finding that perfect house. I remember thinking to myself, "Does everyone who buys a house have to go through everything I am going through, and if so, I never want to do this again!" Now, as a licensed REALTOR, this is where I come in. I help guide my clients through the many steps of finding and buying their new property, minimizing the frustrations of maximizing the excitement!
In addition to helping clients find their perfect house, I use the same concept to help Sellers find their perfect Buyer. Listening to the needs of the client, and providing the resources and dedication to ge the job done is what I offer my clients.
It's simple ... My goal is to make buying or selling your house as EASY and FUN as possible. I want you to concentrate on enjoying the experience, while I will take care of the rest!

My main philosophy to Real Estate is unique in that I treat every transaction as an investment. Whether it is a personal residence , a vacation home on one of our fine area lakes, or an investment property you are looking to add to your portfolio- it is all a major purchase and should be treated as such. As your Real Estate agent I can put my years of investment knowledge and experience to work for you.

I started with Cantrell & Associates in August 2007. Even though I am new to real estate, I have well over 30 years of real estate experience backing me up. However, I am not new to customer service. I owned a smoke, fire & water damage restoration, carpet & upholstery and janitorial cleaning company for 17 years. I had a customer base of over 1000 clients. One does not build a small business to that magnitude without providing exceptional customer service and most of all, doing what is right. This is the kind of customer/client service I an bringing to Cantrell & Associates. Therefore, let me show you enjoyable experience from start to finish.
I am a member of the Greater Greenville Assoc. of Realtors, Western Upstate MLS, National Assoc. of Realtors & South Carolina Assoc. of Realtors.
My wife Linda and I have lived in Pickens County for 30 years. Linda has taught at Easley High since 1981 and has taught for over 42 years. We are members of Covenant Presbyterian Church in Easley. We have one son, two grandchildren and one lively, sweet great granddaughter, all of whom live in Greenville, SC

I joined Cantrell & Associates in 2000. As office manager, I log all incoming calls and direct to the appropriate agent. My job involves inputting ads to all our advertising media. I furnish weekly reports on listings, closing, seller's info to management and agents. I am responsible for entry of all files into the Company database. I am "Keeper of the Files" and it is my job to make sure all agents have appropriate forms available and make sure our closed files are organized and processed correctly. I strive to provide all information as correctly as possible and keep the office running smoothly. My telephone demeanor must always be upbeat as it is our first contact with the public.
When I married Greg in 1995, I moved to this area from Georgia. My favorite times are with my tow godchildren Abby & Jeffrey and spending time with family. My active involvement with my Church includes Treasurer, SS teacher, Youth Leader, Young Adult Choir Leader, Singing solos and duos with my husband.
